Submit an official request to permanently purge your Acadova user profile, credentials, and personal assessment records.

Important Notice Before Requesting Deletion

Personal Data Purged: Your profile data, authentication credentials, mobile tokens, and notification settings will be irreversibly erased from our cloud database.
Institutional Academic Records: Historical quiz submissions and score certificates already finalized for academic transcripts may remain anonymized on record as required by your institution.
Processing Timeline: Deletion requests are typically processed within 24 to 48 hours following identity confirmation.
