How do I access and attempt a quiz?

Sign in with your student account. Active and scheduled quizzes allocated to your specific department, branch, semester, and section appear directly on your home feed. Tap Start Quiz to review the assessment instructions and commence.

What are the general rules during active exams?

During active tests, students are expected to maintain academic honesty:

• Keep the Acadova app open and focused throughout the testing session.
• Complete your answers independently without unauthorized assistance or switching windows.
• Submit your test before the scheduled countdown timer reaches zero.

What if my internet disconnects during an ongoing quiz?

Acadova is engineered with an Offline Quiz Sync Engine:

• Every selected answer is immediately saved locally on your device.
• If network connectivity drops, your answers remain safe and your test continues seamlessly.
• When connectivity is restored, all saved answers and submission data sync automatically with the server.

How are quiz scores and percentages calculated?

Grading is evaluated against your instructor's answer key upon submission. You will receive:

• Total marks scored vs. maximum attainable marks.
• Accuracy percentage and pass status.
• Detailed answer analysis once the faculty member publishes final results.

How do faculty members create and schedule a quiz?

From the Faculty Workspace:

• Click Create Quiz and configure title, subject, duration, passing percentage, and schedule.
• Assign targeted departments, branches, and sections (or select "All Branches").
• Add questions manually with rich options or upload Excel templates in bulk.
• Publish the quiz to make it active or schedule it for a future examination date.

How do I share quiz links and export student results?

In your My Quizzes tab:

• Open the card menu (⋮) and tap Share Link to copy the encrypted invitation to your clipboard.
• Tap View Responses to observe student submissions and live scores in real time.
• Tap Export Excel (.xlsx) to generate an instant, formatted spreadsheet report with marks, timestamps, and question analytics.

What are the system requirements for Windows?

• OS: Windows 10 or Windows 11 (64-bit).
• Hardware: Minimum 4 GB RAM, 500 MB disk space, 1280x720 minimum display resolution.
• Installer: Download Acadova_installer.exe directly from our home page.

Where can I download the Android app?

Acadova is available on the official Google Play Store. Search for "Acadova" by Neody IT, or use the direct download link on our home page. The mobile app supports Android 8.0 (Oreo) and above.

How do I request complete account & data deletion?

We strictly uphold student and faculty privacy rights. You can submit an online request anytime at the Account Deletion Request Page. All personal identity tokens and records will be scrubbed within 24 to 48 hours.

How do I reset my password if forgotten?

Click Forgot Password? on the mobile or desktop login screen. Enter your institutional email to receive an instant verification link and reset your password securely.
